SHIPPING & RETURNS
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
The order fulfillment time depends on fulfillment location, the ordered product type and availability, the season in which the order has been placed in and security restrictions (e.g. COVID-19-related restrictions).
Fulfillment includes printing/embroidering, checking, packing, and sending your order to the post office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product.
2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts, hoodies, caps, etc.)
2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (mugs, bags, canvases, blankets, pillows, aprons, etc.)
97.66% of the orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
Customized orders can take more to get shipped, because I always ask for your confirmation via email. After you've confirmed the design, fulfillment time starts.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Shipping time depends based on your location, the fulfillment location. If you have ordered a product that I cannot fulfill in your country/region, it will be an international order. If the order is international, shipping can take longer depending on transit, customs and COVID-19-restrictions. Sometimes it takes longer to ship your order because of an unforseen reason, I'm not responsible for any of these delays. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I always choose the fastest way to get your order to your doorstep.
Delivery time includes fulfillment time and shipping time. These are the actual delivery estimates:
North America: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-3 weeks
International: 2-6 weeks
I'll do my best to meet the delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Shipping of multiple products
If you order different type of products that cannot be fulfilled at one location or they are generally being sent separately (e.g. mugs and T-shirts), your order will be split to multiple shipments that arrive at different times. Please note that sometimes you recieve a confirmation letter that only contains one part of the order and one tracking number assigned to it, and no tracking for other items. In this case your other items are on their way too - this is a technical issue. You can always contact me to find out about the other items' whereabouts.
Printing Partners and Product Fulfillment Locations
I work with multiple printing partners from all around the globe, including: the US/Mexico, the EU, the UK, Canada, Australia, Japan and Brazil. For each product type I work with different product partners. You can find shipping information and availibility on every product page.
The products sold on my site are fulfilled in the following countries/regions (please see each product page for available sizes and colors in each fulfillment location).
Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
Cancellations & Refunds
My priority in every case is the fastest shipping possible, so the fulfillment sometimes starts within hours from the order has been placed. If you have ordered a product from the store and you have changed your mind about it within a few hours, I can stop it from being fulfilled in the printing location. Any orders that have not yet been fulfilled can be cancelled and refunded or modified (recipient's name, address or the design).
Once a product has entered in the fulfillment, I am not able to cancel and refund or modify it in the order.
Customizable designs always need confirmation from you via email or the chat function, so I never start the fulfillment process immediately, if your order contains at least one customizable product.
Any modification is made on the order on your behalf while it is waiting for fulfillment - will make the fulfillment time reset for your order. Printing partners work in a fulfillment queue system.
Exchanges & Returns
I'm working with US/EU/Canada/Mexico/Australia/Japan-based print-on-demand manufacturers to fulfill the orders. I do not have a stock, every product is created when an order is placed. Therefore ANY product you order from this store is considered as a customized product. As a conclusion I can't accept returns or exchanges.
Please be extra cautious about the sizing of the apparel you are ordering! You can find the product size chart on every product page, in the gallery. I can't exchange a wrong sized apparel for the reason above.
If you have any problem with the ordered item, please contact me within 28 days after the delivery with a photo proof and the order number!
My printing partner will investigate the issue and if it is proven that a faulty product was sent to you, they will re-send the same product completely free of charge. Please also study Care Instructions page to avoid damages from the misuse of the product!
Once a shipment is leaving the printing facility (has been fulfilled), I have no control over the shipping. There are cases when you need to contact your assigned post office to solve a shipping issue.
All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond my control, a replacement item will be sent. The replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address listed at the time the original order was placed.
Item is lost or stuck in transit
Items lost in transit can be reshipped for free of charge. Please contact me to report a lost or stuck item as follows:
Domestic: The issue must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update.
International: The issue must be filed between 20 and 30 days from the last shipping update.
Item is stolen & marked delivered
The issue must be filed between 5 and 15 days from when the order was marked delivered. Please contact me and contact your assigned post office in this case.
Stolen orders over $100 USD require a police report.
Address is unknown or vacant
If your order hasn't been shipped to your address for various reasons - sometimes only by mistake -, your shipment will be returned to the printing facility where it has been made. Please contact me in this case, and only provide me a different address, if - according to the tracking - the address was vacant or unknown.
Shipment was unclaimed
If your order was waiting for your pickup at your assigned post office, and you missed it by any reason, it wil be returned to the printing facility where it has been made. Please contact me within 28 days from the last shipping update in this case, and request a reshipment. Unclaimed items will be sent for charity after 28 days.
Incorrectly provided address
If you made an error in the address. I am not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at time of purchase.
Incorrect item ordered
If you ordered the wrong item. I ship exactly what is selected by you at checkout. You can find this information on the order confirmation page and email. I am not responsible for replacing orders that were shipped with the correct items on the order confirmation page and email. If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on my part, first of all please accept my sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to me! I am happy to replace any items that were missed the mark on. Please contact me to solve this issue.
